When will the ladies arrive?

Last weekend I was on this party. On this party there was a huge majority of male participants. It did not take long before the question "When will the ladies arrive?" emerged.

It was mostly the single male individuals that uttered this question again and again. For them it seemed like a party without single female participants was no real party. For one male individual in particular it seemed like the world would almost go under unless there where females at this party soon. It became clear to me that this male individual was driven by the instinct to reproduce and secure the human race. A noble endeavor indeed.

This must have been a question human males and males of all species have asked since the dawn of man (man as in the male sex). Most likely since the invention of genders. It probably works the other way too. With females waiting for males but I really do not know anything about that.

I have said before that I won't provide answers to my question. But on this question I will make an exception. The ladies will never arrive on time! At least not on events where they have to wear makeup and nice clothes.

What's for dinner?

A grand question indeed. I will not go into details about an answer, because there are so many. You may replace this question according to your current situation.

Some places it will be more like: What is dinner? Or Has anyone got something we can eat?

If you are an opportunistic survivor of a plane crash in an extremely deserted area of the world, the question could be: Who's for dinner?

It is a really important question. It is probably one of the most frequently asked questions in the world. You may ask it to others or you may ask yourself. It demands an answer or else you will go hungry for the next 5 - 6 hours to... well how long your body can live without food.

To sum up: A frequently asked question of high importance!

What is the question quest?

Well you know! There is a lot of questions in the world! Some with answers and some without! I want to start a quest for the ultimate question. You may say:

William Shakespeare - To be, or not to be (from Hamlet 3/1). To be, or not to be: that is the question.

Well I want a recount! And this William lived a long time ago, when to be was a lot harder than it is today. At least in my quiet little spot on this spinning rock in the great void.

I gladly take any suggestions and comments about what the question may be.
